Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience working on DoW projects involving foreign nations.
• 3+ years as Foreign Disclosure Representative or Foreign Disclosure Officer.
• 3+ years providing information for release and applying disclosure policy.
• 3+ years experience with the MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of aircraft programs and systems.
• Knowledge of National Disclosure Policy and related directives (DoDD/DoDI/ITAR/EOs).
• Ability to coordinate across government, contractor, and external stakeholders and prepare formal docs in fast-paced environments.
• Foreign Disclosure Training for DoD (GS160.16) certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate disclosure actions with security, export-control, engineering, acquisition, legal, and international stakeholders.
• Review documents and requests to determine releasability under foreign-disclosure authorities.
• Develop and update disclosure guidance, procedures, and briefing materials.
• Apply disclosure policy, delegated authorities, and need-to-know principles to information exchanges.
• Support foreign visits, meetings, and senior-level engagements requiring disclosure review.
