Amazon Advertising is seeking an experienced Forecasting Manager to develop and implement demand forecasting and headcount planning tools at a global scale. You will model forecasting problems with advanced statistics and ML, collaborate with stakeholders, and present insights to non-technical audiences.

The role requires building innovative forecasting tools, designing KPIs, and communicating outcomes to leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Computer Science/Engineering/Economics as required.
• 5+ years of demand planning and forecasting experience.

Aufgaben

• Produce Long Range and Short Range forecasts for key KPIs used by Planners, Finance, Program managers and Operations.
• Develop strategical staffing plans including hiring plans and site strategy models.
• Design, build and implement forecasting and planning tools for Amazon Ads departments.
• Build KPIs reflecting forecasting accuracy and business impact.
• Create new reporting and analytic opportunities by analyzing planning processes.
• Provide thought leadership on integration of new products/services in Advertising.
• Write and present documents up to VP level.
