Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Finance or related field.
• 8–10+ years in Merchandise Planning or Demand Planning (5+ years in Footwear).
• Experience with sales forecasting, OTB management, and margin analysis.

• Own Global Footwear Merchandise Financial Plans across sales, margin and inventory.
• Define and manage Global Footwear OTB balancing revenue growth, inventory, and margin targets.
• Drive Global Footwear Assortment and investment strategies with Product lifecycle focus.
• Collaborate with Regional Planning and Merchandising teams on investment and sales targets.
• Present financial plans and insights to senior leadership with clear recommendations.
• Lead and develop the Senior Footwear Demand Planner and drive accountability.
