Arc’teryx Equipment in Portland is seeking a Senior Materials Innovator, Footwear to define and drive the materials innovation strategy for our footwear line. You will work with Design, Development, Engineering, Raw Materials and supply chain teams to translate opportunities into next-generation outdoor footwear.

You will lead a roadmap across uppers, textiles, foams, membranes, rubbers and components, collaborating with mills, suppliers and partners to deliver durable, high-performance products

Competenze

• Degree in materials science, materials engineering, textile science, industrial design, engineering or a related technical field.

Mansioni

• Define and drive the footwear materials innovation roadmap across uppers, textiles, foams and membranes.
• Identify, prototype and validate new material solutions for mountain footwear athletes.
• Manage a portfolio of material projects with clear progress, risks and decisions.
