Arc’teryx Equipment seeks a Senior Global Footwear Demand Planner to own rolling demand forecasts and translate assortment plans into demand projections. You will drive statistical baselines, contribute to IBP, and align near-term execution with a 1-5 year view, across regions and cross-functional partners.

You will balance forecast accuracy with business strategy, mentor teammates, and influence planning across Global Footwear while working from our Portland office.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, operations, or related field.
• 5+ years in Demand Planning or Merchandise Planning, footwear-focused.
• Strong forecasting with advanced Excel and data manipulation skills; understands global/regional nuances.
• Understanding of retail KPIs and new product forecasting.
• Experience with major planning tools such as o9, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, Oracle.

Aufgaben

• Develop rolling 1-5 year demand forecast for Footwear with baseline statistical forecasts.
• Participate in IBP cycle to build consensus demand plan reconciling top-down and SKU-level forecasts.
• Provide volume outlooks to Sourcing and Supply Planning to inform capacity and buys.
• Conduct scenario and risk planning; advise cross-functional partners with recommendations.
• Collaborate with Senior Leaders on Global Footwear strategy and growth opportunities.
