Arc’teryx in Portland, OR is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Footwear Merchandise Planning to own the financial architecture linking product vision to business performance across regions and channels.

You will set and manage global Footwear financial plans, drive assortment and OTB strategies, partner with regional teams, present to senior leadership, and lead the development of the Senior Footwear Demand Planner. This role sits in a fast‑growing, globally complex organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in Merchandise Planning or Demand Planning, with 5+ years in Footwear.
• Expertise in sales forecasting, OTB management, and margin analysis.
• Strong strategic planning and understanding of global supply chain dynamics.
• Advanced data analytics, planning tools, and data‑driven storytelling.

Mansioni

• Own Global Footwear Merchandise Financial Plans across sales, margin, and inventory with regional nuances.
• Define and manage Global Footwear OTB, balancing revenue growth, inventory productivity, and margin targets in real time.
• Drive Global Footwear Assortment creation and investment strategies with Global Merchandising & PIA teams.
• Collaborate with Regional Planning and Merchant teams on investment and sales targets for Footwear.
• Present financial plans and hindsight analyses to senior leadership with clear recommendations.
• Lead, develop, and set strategic direction for the Senior Footwear Demand Planner.
