Responsibilities

• Monitors CCP and temperature records; escalates issues as needed and supports audits.
• Maintains QA filing system; investigates complaints and suggests traceability improvements.
• Assists in internal and external audits.
• Supports facility hygiene; monitors pest control and cleaning schedules.
• Maintains training records and delivers food safety training when required.
