Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience building and scaling complex, customer-facing operations.
• Direct experience in concept development, multi-unit operations, or scaling a service-oriented business.
• Demonstrable experience managing a P&L and using data to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Global Program Builder: lead design, building, and documentation of scalable global playbooks for core operational functions.
• Drive Global Program Execution: ensure consistency and high performance across a fluid portfolio of offices and regions.
• Synthesize Global Data: analyze feedback and operational data to identify trends and opportunities, turning data into actionable insights.
• Lead High-Stakes Vendor Partnerships: manage food service vendor relationships, ensuring SOW adherence and quarterly reviews.
• Advise on Global Growth: partner with the Global Head of Food on new office builds and expansions, providing design and operational input.
