Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced people leader to head program management within the FORCE org. You will lead a multi-team program management group overseeing tooling for global provisioning, deployment, and 24x7 fleet operations across IDC and Infra initiatives.

Responsibilities include hiring, performance management, setting operating norms, strategy ownership, headcount planning, and KPI framework establishment; you will partner with cross-functional teams and senior leaders across geographies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience in a technical field.
• 10+ years in technical or product program management delivering value through technology.
• 4+ years of people management, including leading managers or multi-team orgs.
• Experience owning multi-year strategy and portfolios with constrained resources.
• Ability to influence executive leaders across engineering and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-team organization of program managers and frontline managers.
• Own hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
• Define structure, charters, and ownership across pods and teams.
• Set operating norms, planning cadence, and decision forums.
• Own tooling strategy and roadmap for data center operations tooling.
• Manage OKRs, prioritization, and budget with cross-functional partners.
