Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Flavor Chemistry, Sensory Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of flavor development experience; 10+ years preferred without advanced degree.
• Proven proficiency in flavor chemistry, regulatory frameworks, and beverage matrices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and optimization of sweet flavor systems across beverage platforms.
• Oversee a portfolio of high-priority flavor initiatives globally.
• Collaborate with R&D, product development, regulatory, quality, procurement, marketing, and external suppliers.
• Provide expert recommendations, risk assessments, and progress updates to leadership.
• Mentor flavorists and develop training resources, best practices, and standards.
