Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in food, ingredient, flavor, or CPG industries.
• Strong beverage and dairy formulation expertise.
• Experience managing projects from brief to commercialization.
• Understanding of ingredient functionality, flavor performance, and processing tech.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and partner with commercial, ops, and quality teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for customer interactions.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% for customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead flavor and food formulation projects from concept through commercialization.
• Develop beverage, dairy, and other finished formulations using flavor technologies.
• Collaborate with customers, commercial teams, flavorists, and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects with clear plans, timelines, and communications.
• Evaluate customer briefs to identify formulation opportunities and solutions.
• Support scale-up, plant trials, and commercialization with QA and production teams.
• Provide technical expertise during customer visits, seminars, and troubleshooting.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to global innovation efforts.
• Leverage new ingredients and tech to create differentiated solutions.
