Job summary
The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Functional Ingredient Research & Application to lead the translation of validated ingredient innovations into differentiated beverage experiences across our global portfolio.
You will assess ingredient functionality, adapt solutions to diverse matrices, ensure sensory quality, stability, and cost effectiveness while coordinating with RtE, FIRA, GDI, SRA, SIS, and TCDR teams to accelerate adoption.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of food & beverage industry experience.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional product development programs.
- Strong collaboration across global teams and geographies.
Responsibilities
- Lead translation of emerging ingredient technologies into beverage systems.
- Adapt ingredient technologies to different matrices while preserving function, flavor, stability.
- Develop platform approaches enabling broad adoption across the category and portfolio.
- Drive technical problem solving and establish guidelines for usage and processing.
- Collaborate with suppliers and partners to identify new technologies for future beverage innovation.
