Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Manager of Functional Ingredient Research & Application to transform validated functional ingredient innovations into differentiated beverage experiences across multiple categories.

You will assess ingredients for beverage applications, adapt solutions for diverse matrices, and ensure sensory quality, stability, economics, and scalable implementation by integrating SMEs from RtE, FIRA, and Global Development & Innovation.

Qualifications

Master's degree required or equivalent.
7+ years food & beverage industry experience.
5+ years product development experience in TCCC or similar.
Experience collaborating within global teams across geographies.
Strong English communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Translate and integrate functional ingredient technologies into beverage systems across categories.
Adapt ingredient technologies to different beverage matrices while maintaining function, sensory quality, stability, and acceptance.
Develop platform approaches for efficient adoption across categories and the global portfolio.
Collaborate with GDI, SRA, SIS, TCDR to align technical development with regulatory and consumer insights.
Drive cross-category innovation and prototypes to demonstrate potential of emerging ingredients.
Lead and influence across RtE, FIRA, Analytical Sciences, Packaging, and other partners to accelerate platform adoption.
