Job summary

Pavion is seeking a Sr Project Manager to lead multiple fire protection projects across healthcare, education, and commercial sectors. You will coordinate design, installation, and commissioning of high‑reliability systems while aligning with operations and field crews to meet schedule, budget, and safety goals.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in fire protection, knowledge of NFPA standards, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of NFPA and trade standards is required.
• Must demonstrate ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• 3-5 years’ experience in the fire protection industry, project management is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Manage, direct, and coordinate all aspects of multiple and simultaneous projects.
• Responsible for project execution and successful completion.
• Work with other construction trades to ensure projects stay within schedule.
• Communicate to operations manager all project status.
• Responsible for managing & procurement to ensure budget estimates.
