Job summary

Caliza is seeking a passionate Sales and Business Development Manager to drive growth for our global fintech platform focused on cross-border payments and USD accounts.

You’ll build and close relationships with B2B, B2B2B, and B2B2C customers, collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams, and help scale our sales engine in a fully remote-first setup with international teammates.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of Sales and/or Business Development in Global Fintech or Crypto.
• Experience selling to Fintechs, international businesses, fx brokers, institutions; full sales cycle understanding.
• Excellent Spanish and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and close new revenue-generating customers with global cross-border payment and USD account needs.
• Collaborate with the Sales and BD team to ensure smooth handoff and alignment on high-value opportunities.
• Lean on data to justify beliefs and decisions.
• Maintain accurate sales activity tracking in CRM; keep pipeline well-documented and up-to-date.
• Negotiate effectively using existing templates.
• Incorporate feedback from prospects to refine processes.
