• Experience as Portfolio Manager or senior investor with capital allocation responsibility.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead the centralized Financials equity research across banks, insurance, asset managers, fintech and related subsectors.
• Mentor a global team of Financials-focused analysts (50+ worldwide).
• Drive the research agenda, prioritization, and resource allocation across the Financials sector.
• Generate differentiated long/short investment insights and high-conviction views.
• Partner with portfolio managers/traders across discretionary and systematic strategies.
• Establish best practices around fundamental research, financial modelling, and management interaction.
• Act as a senior thought leader shaping investment discussions and capital allocation.
