C.H. Guenther & Son is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to lead consolidation, external US GAAP reporting, and month-end close processes for a multinational food manufacturing group.

The role requires SAP super-user capabilities and collaboration across functions, including acquisitions support and internal control improvements. Responsibilities include overseeing consolidated financial statements, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, debt compliance, and audits with external

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required.
• Minimum of 8 years of consolidation and financial reporting experience in a multinational environment; Big 4 experience preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years in financial analysis (GL reconciliation, forecast, variance analysis, budget-to-actual).
• Experience with SAP/BPC is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee consolidated financial statements.
• Manage quarterly and annual external financial statements per US GAAP.
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly internal reporting and reconciliations.
• Oversee foreign currency translation and intercompany eliminations.
• Support year-end audit and interact with external auditors.
• Lead continuous improvement of internal controls and special projects.
