Job summary

The Bachrach Group is seeking an experienced Manager, Financial Reporting to join the finance leadership team. This role oversees international financial reporting, US GAAP, and IFRS across multiple entities, partnering with accounting, tax, treasury, legal, and executives.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of international accounting experience, strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, and excellent analytical and leadership abilities. Proficiency in Workiva, Workday, and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of international accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with multinational organizations and multiple legal entities.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead quarterly and annual financial consolidations and reporting.
• Prepare and review SEC-style financial statements.
• Coordinate external audits with independent auditors.
• Oversee financial statements across multiple entities and GAAP frameworks.
• Analyze IFRS, US GAAP, and statutory reporting differences.
• Monitor emerging accounting and disclosure standards.
• Support covenant calculations and investor reporting.
• Strengthen policies, controls, and SOX compliance.
• Drive process improvements and reporting efficiencies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop financial reporting professionals.
