Job summary

Landing Point is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee general ledger operations and ensure compliance with US GAAP. The role leads GL accountants, drives month-end close, and supports consolidations and financial reporting.

Responsibilities include control over the global chart of accounts, fixed assets oversight, revenue recognition, leases, and coordination with external auditors. CPA preferred; Bachelor in Accounting required; 6+ years GL experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of general ledger accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• CPA license preferred.
• 3+ years of experience supervising staff.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Advanced Excel and other reporting tool capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor GL Accountants.
• Lead month-end closing activities, including preparation and review of journal entries and reconciliations.
• Serve as administrator and subject matter expert for Blackline.
• Support the Finance Reporting Manager with global consolidation and financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
• Lead preparation of the annual financial statement and footnotes.
• Ensure control and oversight of the Company’s Global chart of accounts.
• Assist in developing and implementing process and system improvements.
• Oversight of global fixed asset maintenance and reporting.
• Ownership and completion of the revenue recognition process for the percentage of completion process.
• Oversight and reconciliation of statutory financial reporting in local GAAP.
• Partner with external auditors during interim and year-end audits.
• Support various ongoing projects throughout the year.
