Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data analysis, product management, and/or risk technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with emphasis on sustainability, efficiency, and control robustness.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across the SDLC in a Scalable Agile framework.
• Experience or working knowledge of model lifecycle management, deployment, validation, calibration, and performance monitoring.
• Experience with data warehouses or data lakes, big data platforms, data integration, and data structures for consumption.

• Develops, refines, and maintains the product roadmap to maximize value.
• Executes and delivers through agile methodology with clear backlog and prioritization.

• Communicates and influences to gain buy-in on roadmap and technical decisions.
• Serves as SME for data platforms guiding decisions and innovations.
