Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a seasoned Data Product Manager to lead analytics platforms and data-driven fraud and AML initiatives. You will own the product roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide complex data platforms across the SDLC to support Global Financial Crimes and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 7+ years in data, product, or risk tech, strong analytical skills, and experience with data warehouses, data lakes, SQL, and PySpark. A CAMS credential is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data analysis, product management, and/or risk technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with focus on sustainability, efficiency and control robustness.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across the SDLC in a scalable Agile framework.
• Experience with model lifecycle management including deployment, validation, calibration, and performance monitoring.
• Experience with data warehouses and data lakes including data integration and architecture patterns.
• Familiarity with data governance, privacy controls, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develops the technical platform strategy ensuring analytics data functionality is deployed effectively.
• Maintains the product roadmap to maximize value.
• Executes and delivers through agile methodology with backlog prioritization.
• Gathers and documents actionable technical requirements for complex projects.
• Analyzes data and yields insights to drive strategic improvements.
• Communicates roadmap decisions and risks to stakeholders for buy-in.
• Owns end-to-end risk management for the product across SDLC.
