Job summary

Bank of America seeks a Senior Data Product Manager to own the roadmap for data platforms supporting Global Financial Crimes and AML efforts. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data analysis, product management, and/or risk technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with an emphasis on sustainability, efficiency, and control robustness.
• Experience with SDLC and scalable Agile frameworks.
• Experience with data warehouses and data lakes; data integration.
• Familiarity with AI/ML techniques and modeling.
• Experience using SQL or PySpark for data analysis.
• Knowledge of data governance and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns the product roadmap and backlog for data platforms used by Global Financial Crimes.
• Lead research, document requirements, and refine data-driven backlogs.
• Plan, test, monitor, and track issues; define objectives for reporting routines.
• Drive end-to-end risk management for the product with proactive remediation.
• Collaborate with business and technology partners to design robust data solutions.
• Guide senior teams in delivering scalable data warehouses and data lakes.
