Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Controlling function for Humanoid; partner with leadership.
• Coordinate budget planning, forecasting and reporting for Humanoid.
• Monitor performance versus budget; initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure governance, risk management and compliance across processes.
• Drive strategic planning and workforce budgeting in collaboration with leaders.
