Confidential is seeking a global Project Controlling leader to build and develop an international Project Controlling function. You will harmonize practices across a global project portfolio and align them to a unified, scalable operating model.

You will set up and lead a global Project Controlling organization, establish governance, standards, and processes, and manage financial project steering across revenue, costs, margins, and risks.

Qualificações

• Degree in finance, controlling, accounting, or business administration.
• Multi-year experience in Project Controlling or finance leadership in international projects.
• Experience transforming controlling structures in decentralized matrix organizations; negotiation-level English.

The client is looking for a global Project Controlling leader to build and develop an international Project Controlling function. In this role, you will help professionalize the finance organization by harmonizing Project Controlling practices across a global project portfolio and aligning them to a unified, scalable operating model.

You will be responsible for setting up and leading a global Project Controlling organization, establishing consistent governance structures, standards, and processes, and managing financial project steering. Key focus areas include forecasting, driving project profitability, and creating transparency across revenue, costs, margins, and project risks, while standardizing reporting, tools, and SAP-based project structures.

The successful applicant will have a degree in finance, controlling, accounting, business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification, along with multi-year experience in Project Controlling or finance leadership within international project environments. You will bring experience transforming or building controlling structures in complex, decentralized matrix organizations, with strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, project profitability, and project accounting, along with international leadership, stakeholder management, SAP-based Project Controlling experience, and negotiation-level English proficiency.
