Job summary

Vida Group International is seeking a Global Vice President of Finance to lead financial strategy and transformation across our multinational manufacturing platform. This executive will drive FP&A, accounting oversight, budgeting, and reporting while partnering with IT to separate ERP systems and establish independent financial processes.

The role requires a hands-on, strategic leader who can align Finance, IT, Operations, and Supply Chain to improve profitability, working capital, and long-term

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
15+ years of progressive finance leadership in multinational manufacturing.
Experience overseeing finance across international sites.
ERP implementations, separations or migrations experience.
Strong Finance-IT and operations partnership skills.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic financial leadership for a global manufacturing organization.
Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
Guide ERP separation, systems transformation, and data integrity.
Develop and nurture a high-performing global finance organization.
Align finance with IT, operations, and supply chain.
