Experience overseeing financial operations across international locations.
Experience leading ERP implementations, separations, migrations, or enterprise system transformations.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic financial leadership for a global manufacturing organization generating about $1.5B in annual revenue.
Lead global FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
Partner with executive leadership to improve profitability, cash flow, and enterprise value.
Drive standardized financial reporting, KPIs, and governance across regions.
Lead ERP separation initiatives and collaborate with IT to execute transformation roadmaps.
