Job summary

GroupA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a global transition of Tax and Accounting services from an incumbent provider to a new service model. The role requires coordinating internal stakeholders, the external providers, and regional teams to ensure a controlled, structured handover.

You'll establish a comprehensive transition plan, manage timelines and dependencies, and drive accountability across Finance functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years in PM, program mgmt, or PMO leadership.
• Proven success leading complex cross-functional transitions with internal and external partners.
• Experience coordinating multi-region initiatives and vendor transitions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of the global Tax and Accounting services transition.
• Develop and maintain an integrated transition roadmap with milestones and dependencies.
• Coordinate activities across Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and regional teams.
• Establish governance with RAID logs, status meetings, and executive reporting.
• Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and drive timely resolutions.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure readiness before go-live.
• Track performance against commitments and report progress to leadership.
