Baker Tilly US is seeking a Manager – Operating Model Transformation and Strategy to lead Finance Transformation and Global Business Services initiatives. You will design end-state operating models, drive process improvements, and manage multi-disciplinary teams across Finance, HR, IT, and Procure-to-Pay.

The role emphasizes leadership, client delivery, and the integration of automation, analytics, AI, and data platforms to create scalable, value‑driven outcomes for global clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• Five+ years in Finance transformation/GBS in management consulting.
• Experience in Finance processes: O2C, P2P, R2P, FP&A, Treasury, and Financial Reporting.
• Knowledge of Finance systems tools such as ERP and FP&A tools.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements in Finance Transformation and GBS.
• Design end-state GBS and operating models across Finance/HR/IT/Procurement/SC/Customer Ops.
• Develop transformation roadmaps aligned to enterprise strategy and value levers.
• Lead large-scale transformation programs with automation, analytics, AI, and RPA.
• Develop dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Alteryx.
