Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP in Frisco, Texas, seeks a Manager to lead Operating Model Transformation and Strategy engagements for Finance and Global Business Services. You will partner with client leadership, design modern operating models, and drive finance transformation programs end-to-end.

You will guide cross-functional teams across Go-to-Market, Technology, Transition, and Operations, embed automation, analytics, and AI, and ensure rigorous governance, change management, and value

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements related to Finance Transformation and Global Business Services (GBS), from proposal development to workshops and assessments, through transition, execution, and steady state operations.
• Design and implement end-state GBS and operating models across Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Customer Operations, including process architecture, governance, service catalogs, organizational structures, and global delivery models (captive, outsourced, hybrid).
• Assess organizational and process maturity, and develop transformation roadmaps aligned to enterprise strategy, value levers, and business outcomes.
• Lead large-scale, multi-process Finance transformation programs, organization design, integrating automation, analytics, AI, RPA, and intelligent workflow platforms to drive efficiency, scalability, and service excellence.
• Establish enterprise service management and performance frameworks, including SLAs/OLAs, KPI hierarchies, dashboards, financial and operational reporting, and continuous improvement mechanisms.
• Drive transitions, migrations, and operational readiness across global delivery networks, including change management, knowledge transfer, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Partner with technology and digital teams to embed data platforms, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics into core GBS and Finance operations.
• Work on complex Finance and operational transformation engagements, including outsourced CFO/Controllership, Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, FP&A.

Join Baker Tilly's Managed Services Advisory team and help clients transform how their Finance and Accounting functions operate. We partner with leaders to design modern operating models, streamline processes, and implement technology-enabled solutions that drive efficiency, strengthen controls, and elevate business insights.

As a Manager, you'll work with Baker Tilly's cross-functional teams (Go-to-Market, Technology, Transition, and Operation) to solve complex operational challenges from strategy through execution. You will guide clients through assessments, design, transitions, and steady state operations while delivering best-in-class service and financial expertise.

In this role, you'll act as a strategic advisor, using your knowledge of industry trends and operational best practices to provide actionable insights and help clients build scalable, high-performing Finance organizations.
