You will lead meetings, set agendas, and drive cross-functional initiatives with finance and technical teams to advance programs and keep projects moving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of finance experience.
• Strong financial and business acumen including planning, forecasting, reporting, and operating cycles.
• Experience coordinating projects across business and technical teams.
• Ability to independently lead meetings, set agendas, drive discussions, and follow through on commitments.
• Judgment in resolving issues with context and recommendations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to distill complex information.
• Ability to build partnerships and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Organizational skills and curiosity about new processes and technologies.
• Experience with finance transformation, automation, or leadership forums preferred.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar tools and tech intake processes preferred.
