Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Senior Finance Workstream Lead to shape and drive Apple-scale Oracle-enabled transformations, aligning finance functions with cloud capabilities to deliver measurable improvements. You will work with CFOs and senior leaders to set strategy, operating models and governance across global, multi-country environments.

In this Associate Director role, you will lead multiple streams, govern processes, and sponsor data migration, AI opportunities, and interoperability with Oracle

Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering Finance Transformation and Oracle ERP programmes.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-wide Finance transformations for large organisations.
• Experience engaging CFOs, Finance Directors and C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Finance transformation agenda across large-scale Oracle Finance Transformation programmes.
• Serve as the senior Finance advisor to CFOs, Finance Directors and executive stakeholders.
• Define and govern Finance transformation strategy, operating model and roadmaps.
• Lead multiple Finance workstreams including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management and Tax.
• Provide leadership to Finance workstream leads and senior business stakeholders.
• Drive executive decision-making and resolution of cross-functional challenges.
• Establish governance and QA frameworks across the Finance domain.
• Partner with Directors to manage scope, value delivery and transformation outcomes.
