Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field with 5+ years of finance experience.
• Strong financial and business acumen, including planning, forecasting, reporting, and finance operating cycles.
• Experience coordinating projects, improving processes, or supporting business change across teams.
• Ability to independently lead meetings, set agendas, drive discussions, and follow through with minimal direction.
• Sound judgment in resolving issues, anticipating next steps, and escalating matters that require leadership decisions, with clear context and recommendations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to distill complex information, frame decisions, and drive action.
• Ability to build effective partnerships and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and curiosity about new processes and technologies.
• Experience with finance transformation, automation, technology adoption, or coordination of leadership forums is preferred.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools, business requirements documentation, and technical intake processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-regional finance transformation initiatives and coordinate governance forums.
• Collaborate with finance leaders and technical teams to translate priorities into executable programs.
• Shape leadership agendas and drive action through dedicated working groups and forums.
• Promote proactive communication and ensure timely progress updates to stakeholders.
