Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• CPA (preferred)
• COSO knowledge to assess control design and efficiency
• Knowledge of GAAP research tools and FASB codification
• Experience in accounting management in Big Four with Fortune 500 clients
• Experience researching and documenting support for accounting conclusions

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive new programs with cross-functional stakeholders, defining end-to-end strategy and managing implementation activities
• Partner with worldwide business, tech, product/program teams on delivering high-quality programs
• Influence business processes to scale financial recordkeeping health while meeting objectives
• Communicate and influence adoption of new/updated programs and processes to leaders and cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with business, accounting, technology, and finance owners to build scalable financial automation with strong controllership
• Partner with technical and controllership teams to design and deliver key reports and controls
• Look around corners, be action-biased to set the team up for success and earn trust across stakeholders
• Implement and manage launch policies and exception mechanisms for automation with multiple tech teams
