Job summary

Brunswick is seeking a Global Finance Systems Analyst to help oversee Brunswick’s Oracle EPM-based financial reporting systems. You will partner with the Financial System Manager to ensure accurate close, planning, and reporting across the enterprise.

The role requires 2+ years in finance or finance systems, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work with a 3x weekly in-office schedule in Illinois.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, BIS, or Accounting.
• 2+ years in finance or financial systems.
• Experience with Oracle EPM and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise-wide Oracle EPM applications and interfaces.
• Assist with monthly close and planning processes.
• Document functional and technical requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Provide end-user training and maintain system documentation.
