Job summary

Ul Solutions is seeking a Manager, Financial Systems to oversee Oracle EPM applications for the Accounting and Finance teams. The role focuses on supporting, improving, and scaling EPM processes across the organization, with close collaboration with end users, IT, and external providers.

This full-time role operates in a hybrid on-site model (3 days/week) from Northbrook or Chicago, aligning with Controllership goals and ensuring robust financial reporting capabilities.

Job description

The Manager, Financial Systems is part of the Controllership organization and is responsible for managing, supporting, and continuously improving Oracle Enterprise Performance Management applications used by the Accounting and Finance teams. The role partners closely with end users, IT, and external support providers to evaluate existing system processes and design, identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and create a more efficient and scalable EPM. The ideal candidate has a strong accounting foundation, deep understanding of financial close and reporting processes, and hands-on experience supporting and improving Oracle EPM modules.

This is a full-time hybrid on-site (3) days a week based out of our Northbrook or Chicago office.
