Job summary

S&P Global in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Lead, Software Development to administer Oracle EPM modules (FCCS, PBCS, ARCS) and support financialclose and planning processes. Hybrid role with onsite days 2 per week across multiple US locations.

This role requires 6+ years in financial systems, hands-on Oracle EPM experience, and strong MS Office skills. You will collaborate with Corporate Controllers, FP&A, Treasury, Tax and international finance teams to deliver accurate reporting and compliant

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of financial systems experience.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle EPM (PBCS, FCCS, or ARCS).
• Hands-on experience with EPM SmartView and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal financial community and IT partners across levels, including executives.
• Proactive in issue resolution with multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Able to work independently with clear accountability and escalation judgment.
• Nice to know Oracle EPM EDMCS or EPCM modules.
• Nice to have knowledge on process automation tools.
• Nice to have knowledge in HFM.
• Nice to have experience working in agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as Administrator to Oracle EPM modules, such as FCCS, PBCS, ARCS, and custom applications.
• Support Corporate Controllers, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and Divisional Finance both domestic and international to achieve defined outcomes.
• Work with cutting-edge technologies including automation initiatives.
• Participate in M&A/Divestitures, new projects, design reviews, solution workshops, QA, and solution recommendations.
• Maintain documentation of all processes.
• Submit audit requests as required and on a timely basis.
• Ensure a high degree of accuracy and meet deadlines.
• Be able to work independently with accountability.
