Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or related roles.
• Ability to analyze financial data and propose practical solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities.
• Prepare and validate data for monthly and year-end closing.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors on compliance matters.
• Conduct budget vs. actual analysis and explain variances.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial accuracy.

Skills

5+ years of experience in accounting or finance

Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting practices

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Analytical skills

Effective communication skills in English

Education

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
