Job summary

Educative is seeking a Director of Finance and Operations to lead our financial strategy and operational excellence across the U.S. and Pakistan. You will oversee finance, HR, legal, and compliance, partnering with the executive team to drive sustainable growth and scalable infrastructure.

This hybrid role requires a strong track record in GAAP, treasury, and cross-functional leadership. Based in Bellevue with three days in the office, you will shape forecasts, manage cash, audits, and ancillary

• Must demonstrate leadership in global finance and operations.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cash management and GAAP knowledge.
• Proven ability to analyze data and drive strategic decisions.
• Experience with NetSuite and financial analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Advise CEO and leadership using financial analysis and data-driven insights.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash management.
• Oversee global financial reporting, close processes, and consolidations.
• Manage HR, legal, compliance, and IT/administrative operations.
• Drive process optimization and ERP/system integrations.
