Job summary

GE HealthCare's Finance Management Program (FMP) is a two-year, full-time rotational program designed to develop future finance leaders. Through four six-month assignments, participants gain hands-on experience across core finance functions while completing formal training in finance, accounting, strategy, and leadership.

Rotations include Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Controllership, and FP&A, with potential international rotations and mentorship from senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Expected graduation between December 2026 and May 2027.
• Must be willing to relocate for rotations; relocation assistance provided.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four six-month rotations across Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Controllership, and FP&A.
• Engage with senior leaders through mentoring and structured coursework.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects that drive growth and efficiency.
