Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Global Finance Lead in Dallas to serve as the senior financial partner for the business, driving budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning. The role oversees P&L, balance sheet, and working capital, delivering actionable insights to senior leadership for growth and profitability.

The candidate will lead the regional finance team, ensure statutory compliance across jurisdictions, and partner with leaders to assess contract profitability and investment analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• MBA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible financial management experience.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in multinational or multi-site environments; cross-border awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Oversee P&L, balance sheet, and working capital management.
• Provide strategic financial analytics to regional leaders for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory regulations, tax requirements, and internal controls.
• Develop and lead the local finance team; drive process improvements.
