Job summary

CBRE Finance Manager leads the team responsible for delivering outputs for Finance Strategy and Operations, including annual budget preparation, monthly forecasts, strategic planning, and management reporting, and contributes to maintaining accounting policies and controls.

This role sits within the Financial Strategy and Operations function and emphasizes leadership, accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration to support CBRE’s objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance preferred.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive information and convey performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and oversee training and development.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities and deadlines.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and management reporting.
• Review balance sheet analysis and cash flow statements for accuracy.
• Review and approve basic monthly journal entries.
• Produce routine and ad hoc financial reports for senior management.
• Coordinate accounting policy and procedures development.
