CBRE is seeking a Global Finance Lead in Dallas to serve as the senior financial partner for the business, driving budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning. The role oversees P&L, balance sheet, and working capital, delivering actionable insights to senior leadership for growth and profitability.

The candidate will lead the regional finance team, ensure statutory compliance across jurisdictions, and partner with leaders to assess contract profitability and investment analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• MBA/CPA/ACCA or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible financial management experience.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in multinational or multi-site environments; cross-border awareness.

What You’ll Do

• Financial Strategy & Planning: Lead the annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-term financial planning cycles for the client. Develop models to track regional performance against business goals and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
• Operational Oversight: Manage the end-to-end financial reporting process, including P&L oversight, balance sheet management, and working capital optimization. Ensure consistency in reporting standards across all client relationships.
• Business Partnering: Serve as a strategic advisor to regional business leaders. Provide regular financial analytics to support decision-making, contract profitability assessments, and investment analysis.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure all financial operations comply with local statutory regulations, tax requirements, and internal corporate policies. Oversee internal controls and risk management frameworks to safeguard company assets.
• Team Leadership: Oversee and develop the local finance team. Foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement within the regional finance function.
• Process Optimization: Drive the implementation of global finance initiatives and system improvements within the region to streamline workflows and enhance data accuracy.

What You’ll Need

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.
• Experience: 10+ years of progressively responsible financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience within a multinational corporation or complex, multi-site environment is required.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent), and business intelligence tools.
• Regional Knowledge: Strong understanding of the fiscal, regulatory, and business environments.
• Leadership Qualities: Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders, manage cross-functional teams, and navigate ambiguity in a high-growth environment.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into strategic business narratives.
