Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (CA/ACA/CPA/ACCA) is required.
• Experience with ERP-enabled financial management systems, preferably Oracle Cloud.
• At least 15 years of progressively responsible senior-level experience in financial management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership to UN Women’s DFA and global finance network.
• Oversee IPSAS-compliant financial statements, donor reporting and audit engagement.
• Manage treasury, cash flow, investments and financial risk management.
• Lead policy development, controls, risk assessment and internal controls across the organization.
• Coordinate financial reporting with headquarters, field offices and governance bodies.
