Job summary

Sun Metalon Inc. is seeking a hands-on Finance & Accounting Manager to own the accounting and finance function in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.

You will lead the monthly close, financial reporting, and FP&A, while strengthening COGS, GL integrity, and tax readiness, partnering with leadership and our outsourced accounting partners. The role requires cross-border collaboration with teams in Japan, strong governance, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insight

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent).
• 7-10+ years in corporate accounting/finance with team leadership.
• Cost tracking for inventory and COGS, with manufacturing context.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and reporting.
• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasts, and variance analysis with Japan team.
• Oversee COGS, inventory, fixed assets, and cost structures.
• Establish accounting policies, GL structure, and internal controls.
• Coordinate corporate tax filings and external tax firm work.
