Qualifications

12+ years of progressive leadership in Finance or Accounting.
5+ years in a Director or VP-level role in high-growth environments.
Experience managing multinational consolidation and IFRS/US GAAP mix.

Responsibilities

Strategic financial forecasting and capital allocation.
Oversee global accounting across international subsidiaries.
Design global tax structures and transfer pricing.
Lead annual budgeting and monthly variance analysis.
Modernize BI dashboards and financial tech stack.
