Job summary

World Wide Technology, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Technical Delivery Manager to orchestrate end-to-end delivery across a broad portfolio, driving operational excellence, financial performance, and customer satisfaction in large strategic accounts.

This role requires global finance delivery leadership, strong infrastructure expertise, and ability to operate across complex programs. The position supports locations on the East Coast or Charlotte, NC with 2–3 onsite visits per month in New York City, and

Qualifications

12+ years of experience leading large-scale technology or transformation programs.
Experience delivering financial services projects and partnerships.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Deep understanding of delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, waterfall).
Experience leading large, matrixed teams across consulting, engineering, and operations.

Responsibilities

Serve as the executive delivery leader for strategic accounts across WWT.
Manage client relationships with executives and align WWT’s capabilities to client priorities.
Lead executive governance, steering committees, and quarterly business reviews.
Anticipate client needs, identify risks, and shape solutions to strengthen partnerships.
Own financial performance and ensure delivery aligns with contractual commitments and profitability.
