Boundless Learning is seeking a Controller to lead the accounting function across US, Canada and UK entities, ensuring a complete, accurate monthly close and robust control environment. You will partner with FP&A and Technology to drive process improvements, automation via D365 Finance and AI-enabled tools, and strengthen policies, risk management and internal controls.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in accounting with leadership, CPA or MBA preferred, strong GAAP knowledge,

Formación

• Bachelor's in Accounting or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of accounting experience; leadership experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and internal controls; SOX a plus.
• Expertise with Excel, D365 Finance, Power BI and analytics tools.
• Experience in multi-entity and multi-currency environments across jurisdictions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead controllership, close and financial reporting across US, Canada and UK.
• Oversee journal entries, reconciliations, close checklists and analyses.
• Manage audits, tax, treasury and governance activities.
• Develop policies, SOPs and internal control framework.
• Drive finance transformation with technology and automation.
