Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering, manufacturing analytics, or related areas.
- Experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication environments.
- Experience leading factory improvement initiatives involving capacity, analytics, CI, or manufacturing systems.
- Technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across HFTC semiconductor operations and partner with IE, Operations, Engineering, Planning/Supply Chain, and IT/OT teams.
- Lead cross-functional programs spanning capacity, analytics, factory systems, and continuous improvement.
- Define project scope, milestones, risks, and success metrics; communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
- Drive adoption of AI and advanced analytics to improve operational efficiency and factory performance.
- Mentor Industrial Engineers across capacity, analytics, CI, and factory systems.
