Job summary

Sony Music Entertainment in New York is seeking a Finance Coordinator to provide administrative and accounting support to the Global Finance team. You will streamline dept operations, manage travel, onboarding, vendor setup, and purchase orders, collaborating across departments.

The role values organizational rigor, analytical thinking, and strong communication as you generate reports and assist with data analysis in a fast-paced, global music company.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn proprietary systems.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day administrative and accounting support activities including purchases, onboarding, and travel arrangements.
• Learn and use Sony Music’s purchase order system, initiate vendor setup, create POs, and support AP invoicing.
• Collaborate with Global Finance and corporate departments, prepare reports and presentations.
