Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Field Service Technician for the Product Inspection division in Denver, CO. You will perform start-ups, maintenance, repairs, and training on Safeline equipment, while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Travel up to 100% across the U.S., with occasional international trips, and a focus on building strong customer relationships, thorough reporting, and continuous on-site training. Valid driver's license required, and lifting up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree in Electronics preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer-focused.
• Able to read schematics and operate test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide field service support including start-ups, audits, maintenance, repair and training.
• Attend team calls and execute scheduled service work with cost and time awareness.
• Develop customer relationships and document service activities and reports.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and participate in ongoing technical training.
• Occasional weekend/after-hours work; travel domestically and internationally as needed.
